We are a group of students from Assumption University in Worcester, MA working to bring awareness to the global problem of climate change. As part of a Global Awareness class at Assumption University, we have designed this website to answer questions, bring awareness, and provide hopeful solutions as to how we can help stop the growing obstacles of climate change.
As you navigate through the website you will find simulations that show your carbon footprint, ways you can help donate to countries facing the absolute worst of climate change, myths and facts about the topic, laws and current legislation, and easy ways you can help by changing simple aspects of your lifestyle.
Stopping climate change is essential to our planet. Our goal through this project is to raise awareness of the problem and to introduce ways you can help to stop the increasing issue of climate change.

Why You Should Care
In the early 19th-century climate change was first being discovered. By 1988 it was considered a national issue. 30 years later and it has become worse and worse. The question you may be asking is why should I care? Will it make that big of an impact on me? The answer is yes. Climate change is making an impact on our everyday lives, while many of us are not even noticing.
There are countless reasons why one should care about climate change because it is not only impacting the environment and people around us throughout the world but affecting you personally. This is not in relation to politics.
